Summer is over and as the hellish heat dies down, we’re ready to get started on some exciting new projects. With the leadership of our new staff member, Sean, the co-ops are heading in a new direction. We are launching our policy equity assessment and renewing our focus on anti-oppression trainings and workshops for all coop members. We are also excited to launch a monthly newsletter!
In the spirit of our motto, “We own it!”, this publication belongs to all of us. As it aligns with our mission, this is a space for you to share your poetry, weird politics, upcoming events and whatever else defines you.
We hope that this newsletter, in addition to other practices, will afford us the opportunity to create a more transparent, communicative, and collaborative cooperative network.
To all our new members, welcome! To everyone who has been here a while, thanks for stickin’ around.

We are opening our doors to share with you some delicious food and our passion for cooperatives. Come and learn about Lawrence’s largest cooperative organization and what we’re doing to build affordable, sustainable, and empowering local communities. We are eager to connect with anyone curious about cooperatives, those looking to strengthen our neighborhood ties, and everyone engaged in the good work necessary for a brighter future.

Rent includes a private bedroom, utilities, laundry, meal plan, and wifi. Averages $460 a month.
 
Winter Special: Get your first month rent free when you sign a lease beginning in December or January!! Just pay utilities and food fees.
